Adoptions

All potential adopters of Furget Me Not kitties are carefully screened. Consideration will only be given to applicants who genuinely wish to share their home for the lifetime of the cat. We ask that the cat be kept indoors, and will not under any circumstances be declawed.

Because our goal is a forever placement, it’s our top priority to find the right match between feline and family.  If you're unsure if you're ready to add a forever family member or need to test the waters with existing family pets, inquire with our adoption coordinator if the cat  you're interested in is eligible for our "Foster to Adopt" 30 day trial program. (Please note this program is only available for cats over 1 year old).

Our fees include a health check, at least one vaccination, deworming, spay/neuter and microchip, as well as any veterinary treatments for illness or injuries cats may have had prior to adoption. Cats currently undergoing medical treatment will be available for preadoption, but will not be released from our care until cleared by a vet.
